Refund policy

GERMANY, ITALY, IRELAND, FRANCE, DENMARK, NETHERLANDS AND PORTUGAL

At Exhal we offer our customers high quality products. However, you can return any order placed in the online store within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To process a return you have to send us the package back by the way you prefer and send us an email to exhal@exhalbrand.com or fill out this returns form indicating your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return and the tracking number of the package. To refund the full amount of a returned item, we only ask for three things: 

1. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging 

2. The product cannot be washed, worn or damaged by use 

3. All original packaging items will be included   

When will I receive my refund? 

When we have received the products, we will process the return and refund you through the original payment method in the shortest possible time, generally between 5 and 10 days depending on the payment method. We will send you an email to inform you that the refund has been made.   

Changes 

We do not make changes. If you want to exchange an item for another, you must make a return and make a new purchase with the desired item. Once the return is received, we will refund the amount using the same payment method.   

If you purchased our products from a retailer 

Refunds will not be made for the return of an item purchased from other authorized dealers. If you purchased the product from an authorized dealer, contact that store to find out about their own return policy.
